Providence transformed its Service Desk into a follow-the-sun, 24×7 digital support model serving 123,000 caregivers across 51 hospitals through voice, chat, and web channels.

Using ServiceNow, Genesys, AI call-summarization and Nexthink, caregivers now experience faster triage, proactive issue remediation, and a unified support experience across the system.

This improved first call resolution from 70% to 80%, reduced wait times from 300 to 90 seconds, saved 3500 hours annually from automated call summarization, and BioMed device resolution across 400K+ devices by 50%.
